The Merit Series M-8Lx provides the same robust power protection as the M-8x2, including a 15-amp rating, nine total outlets, surge protection, and standard noise filtration. The key feature of the M-8Lx is the addition of two slide-out, swiveling light fixtures to provide discreet illumination of your equipment on dark stages or in studios. A front-panel dimmer knob allows you to adjust the lamp brightness to the perfect level.
