Ordering Through Third Encore

Q: I am rehearsing at Third Encore. Can I place an order when I book my studio?

A: Yes! It is preferred that bulk orders are placed at the time of studio and rental bookings with Third Encore. This allows us to have everything ready at the best pricing in your studio when you arrive.

If requested, Tour Essentials will coordinate with Third Encore to include your retail purchase invoice on your master Third Encore invoice. This way, you receive everything on one invoice—eliminating the hassle of submitting multiple receipts for processing or reimbursement. If you hate expense reimbursement reports or approvals, this is for you!

Billing & Payments

Q: Can I keep a tab and pay my invoice when I finish rehearsals at Third Encore?

A: Yes! Approved clients can keep a running invoice and close out at the end of rehearsals, or we can add the retail invoice to your final Third Encore invoice. All purchases will require approval from the individual responsible for approving the Third Encore quote.

Delivery & Logistics

Q: Will you deliver to my 24-hour Third Encore Annex Lockout studio?

A: Yes! We will deliver your order directly to your lockout studio door. Please provide your name, location address, studio number, and phone number.

Q: I am rehearsing in Los Angeles. Will you deliver to our studio?

A: Yes! When rehearsing at Third Encore you receive the most streamlined process.  We deliver to all studios and venues in the Los Angeles area. Orders will be delivered within one day (usually the same day). A $150 minimum order applies.

Q: I am getting backline rentals at Third Encore. Can you put my order in the cases with my rental package?

A: Yes! If you place the order in advance, we will coordinate to ensure your items are packed in the cases and delivered on the same truck with your Third Encore backline rental package.

Pricing & Retail

Q: Will you match the price of something I found on a national retailer's website?

A: Yes! We will match list prices from reputable sellers, including Guitar Center, Sweetwater, Amazon, and local retailers at the time of purchase. 

Walk-In Availability

Q: Are you open for walk-ins to the public?

A: Yes and no. While we welcome all visitors, we specialize in serving the live event industry musicians and touring crew members. For all other customers, we recommend placing orders online(or call us!) with quick shipping or utilizing our courier services within a 10-mile radius of North Hollywood, CA.
